Thank you so much for this post and your review! I just put a down payment on a Caldera Cantabria and am a little nervous with how much we are spending vs what we will get out of the spa. The big deciding factor was the Salt Water System and the salesman who has the Geneva with the SWS and his love for that system. I was reading horror stories of others having problems, but it sounds like the way you described it, many of those people didn’t do the first super chlorination step. I would LOVE to hear more about your experience and journey with Caldera as I am also new to the hot tub industry
