It’s very frustrating. We need someone with energy left to start a class action. We are all experiencing the same gelcoat failures. BRP “Independent experts” just happen to have BRP email addresses🤔😳🤷‍♀️ … so independent?????

There are so many affected pools but to take them to NCAT it is 1 on 1. Or more correctly you against BRP with their “independent “ experts that just happen to also have a BRP email address… SERIOUSLY! it’s really hard to call out their “fake truth”.

They are not interested in anyone’s pool! We were all sold pools constructed with faulty gelcoat in my opinion.

Linda McGrath, I installed a Barrier Reef Pool September 2016, within 12 months noticed white areas on the floor... one area actually looked like a huge hand. Waves appearing on the blue walls and above the waterline going white. I took photos and asked Barrier Reef, a pool service technician and 2 different pool shop technicians, no one could advise what was causing the deterioration of the gelcoat. Where are you located and what is your pool shell number? I have obtained an independent Fibreglass and Pool Specialists report on my pool and am currently going through the process with NCAT. All things being equal I am hopeful for a positive outcome.
