  1. Alright... Went through and tried them all, breaker only stayed on with circuit pump disconnected, but nothing was on the display. Again thanks for the help.
  2. IMG_5700.heic IMG_5699.HEIC Should I try disconnecting heater and power unit up? Let me know if these photos work!
  3. Hello All! I have been having issues with my master spa, tub ran well then out of the blue I had 0 power to the unit. It started popping the breaker at the house and when turned back on I could hear a relay pop and would instantly trip breaker again. I checked all fuses and wiring and it all looked good. As this was time sensitive and I live in a remote area I left it alone and just ordered a new board and installed, hooked it up the exact same and went through everything to make sure. The only way I will get power to unit/display is if I leave the white A/C wire off, it will power the display but eventually pop the breaker. Am I missing something? Also the thing is this spa pack/old board was only used for around 4 months. Any help would be greatly appreciated! IMG_5699.HEIC IMG_5700.heic
  4. Okay guys I followed your advice! but discovered something new. Turns out the ozonator was plugged into the Circ pump location and the circ pump was plugged into the ozonator. The previous owner must have labeled lines wrong as I followed each one back and discovered this. Everything was running as it should before this so I don't understand how it worked from the start? I properly hooked everything up and now the ozonator and circ pump aren't working and its just overheating because of this. Would it be possible this damaged my spa pack?
  5. Do you mean I should try and just leave it disconnected and continue to reset breaker?
  6. hahaha yes I'm back... 😪 I did disconnect heater and the same thing happened, also disconnected ozonator and same thing happened.I went through everything disconnecting them one by one and I couldn't find anything to cause the breaker to trip. The tub will PR and I can run everything for approximately 4-5 min before the breaker will trip. Everything functions as it should until it trips. Note: the breaker in panel box is only 2 months old and never tripped before this. Again thanks for the continued help through my spa hell.
  7. Hey Guys! Back again in search of some assistance! Everything has been going good with the tub since the last time you guys helped me but I have ran into some new issues. The tub will not stop popping the breaker at the panel box. I have checked all my connections and everything as far as wiring is good. The breaker is overheating and popping. I started by disconnecting and trying each source and trying them individually to see if I could find the trouble spot I.E disconnected the blower then reconnecting and trying the ozonator and so on... Nothing has been done or changed with the tub so I don't know what direction to go now... Thanks in advance!
  8. Today I went out and reset the breaker and tried the pump and it all seems to be working fine now? tried it multiple times today and it all seems to be good! I can't thank you guys enough for the help! Saved me a lot of money and headaches and I can't thank you enough! Ill be sure to pay it forward!
  9. I would have called a professional a long time ago but im 2+ hours from the nearest city, would be cheaper to buy a new tub, Also I'm not incapable of following instructions I'm doing the best I can with what I got, sorry I don't have a "LARGE" knowledge on tubs like yourself. The motor had the wet end rebuilt and bearings replaced. I tried disconnecting the white wire from circ pump and it didn't make a difference in the pumps activity. I did switch red and black wires and the pump starts/runs and turns on/off on high nicely, just missing low speed buts doesn't lock up and hum, the only issue seems to be the low speed. I will hook my volt meater up at pump and see what I am getting.
  10. Removing white wire the pump does not work. The wires were like that before I moved them around.
  11. Update: When I reset breaker and started pump it started in high then when put onto low speed and really hums and barley pumps, then when turned off it won't go back to high speed, it just hums really loud.
  12. The pump was rebuilt at a shop, everything as far as wiring has not been tampered with and is factory. It is the two speed pump that is not working (Pump1,top of board) I just switched wires at the back of the pump and it ran on two speed for 15 seconds then sounded like it locked up and continued to hum. The shaft can be moved by hand so its not jammed. Thanks again for the help, it is much appreciated!
  13. I moved that white wire and circled pump started running. The pump was working perfect until I moved that wire for circ pum. Capacitor is newish in pump.
  14. SUCCESS! circ pump is running good. Now a second problem has occurred lol now my two speed pump doesn't pump at all, Just a loud humming on got extremely hot really fast. Pump 1 is running good. I don't get what would have changed?
