  1. Post photos of the equipment area so we can see what is currently installed and how much room you have to work with. It will likely need a new topside to match the new pack. Make sure you know what size the opening is for the new topside to fit into the acrylic Why are you replacing? Post photos of the circuit board and the schematic on the inside cover
  2. @jwatson Please start your own post. Add photos of your circuit board and the schematic on the inside cover.
  3. If the spa has diverter valves they are along the top edge of the spa and divert the water from one seat/area to another. Turned one wat they might send all the pressure to the related seat. Turn the other way it might send all the flow to the foot massage. In the middle it will send flow to both. This can effect total flow
  4. You can test at J100 and J101 as well. Sounds like the left one is the issue. Remove the board and have a look on the back for damage at the relays. I normally have my guy replace all the relays on the board to freshen it back up. What numbers are different. Hard to see/read
  5. Post photos of the circuit board and also the heater so we can see what you have
  6. Pressure sensor? Remove filters until issue fixed. power off, remove filters, power on. Does error continue?
  7. New or used? Where do you haver your diverters valves set. If you are trying to power the seats and the foot jet at the same time then yes you will have less pressure at the seat. Foot jets takes a lot of water from the seats in most spas. Number of jets... if pump 1 is working more jets then pump 2 there might be a slight difference but most spas are balanced out. Other things that can effect flow: Blockage at the face of the pump, incorrect wiring on the circuit board, partially closed gate/slice valve. Closed or partially closed jets. If the high speed amp draw is the same on pump 1 as pump 2 then there should be no difference in flow pressure if there is the same amount of jets to each pump and assuming the diverter valves are set in the proper position to send all power to the seat jets.
  8. Post photos of the front and back of the pillows you are trying to replace. If it has locking pins on the back post the measurements between the pins.
  9. I thought it was a Jewish word...🤣
  10. @waterbear WTF is that....🤣
  11. F2 is a filter setting common on a lot of tubs. Means the spa will filter 2 hours am 2 hours pm. Start time dependent on when you power up the GFCI but yours is an older spa so perhaps it is different. Is the water actually getting hot to the point it shuts down or is it just the display/sensor that says the water is hot (108+) but the water is cool? Post photos of the circuit board and the schematic on the inside cover. You might have a stuck heater relay if water is overheating. Do you have a multi meter and basic knowledge of how to use it to test for AC power off the circuit board? Electricity can kill know your limit.
  12. Post photos of the circuit board and the schematic on the inside cover so we can see what you have and how it is wired. You might want to remove the board and have a look on the back for any damage. What caused the GFCI to fail? Did you have a power surge in the area?
  13. Is the pump running all the time? Check your filter cycle duration and make sure it is not set above F2. If set higher the heat shedding off the pump motors can overheat the water from the inside.
