Disabled Vet, new to spa ownership, very confusing, but have brain difficulties to to injuries from previous..., have slow leak dealer can’t find after fixing large one, still replacing 5- 2 1/2 buckets of water per day, so having fun keeping chemistry in check, plus heater went out recently and sent my previous run of good water luck into tailspin I have yet to recover from, plus an Xmas Eve use by adult kids, think they use a tad too much make up, lol. But I digress. I do not understand the concept of breakpoint computation, 10x-20x, what does that mean, how do I calculate that, was pretty good in math, well before, but hitting a wall now trying to search an explanation. Also dealing with high ph that only comes down as a result of oxidation, ph down or dry acid does not affect it, spa guy says something is odd about Chicago water this year. Help on these will save me tons of stress. And sorry if I have run on, tends to happen more and more these days...
