Prous Hotsprings Owner

I need to replace my HotSprings Envoy SPA light bulb and unable to figure out how to get to it. There are no online videos or clear documentation on it. I can open the Lens Cap from inside the hot tub but cannot move the lens and it is protected with a silicon seal. I see a plastic unit with treads to screw the cap and the lens itself. Cannot move the lens or the plastic unit. I opened the front panel and see that there is a black circular compartment with what appears to be 3 screws holding the lens. But it looks like access to the screws could be from the inside of the hot tub. But can't get to them from inside. I don't want to break the silicon seal and cause damages. Any ideas?
