Hello. I own a 2012 Hot Springs Grandee, and the other day, the LCD screen stopped being illuminated. I can still barely see what the screen is displaying, but it is just not lighting up anymore so I need a flashlight to use the controls. All of the buttons etc are still working, and the tub itself has no other issues. Have my kids pushed any buttons that would stop the screen from lighting up, or is it a control panel LCD issue? It is like it is in sleep mode or something. FYI - It is the ORCA control panel, not the Eagle. Thanks, Martin.

My LCD screen is not illuminated anymore. I can still see the numbers/words on the screen, but I need to use a flashlight to illuminate them in order to see them. Is there something my kids may have done to turn the lights off on the LCD screen? All of the buttons etc still work. It is purely just the fact that the LCD screen is not lighting up anymore.
