  1. I have a new hot tub last year,4kw heater. Volt meter tests fine. 220. 3rd time in 12 months heater went bad. Any ideas why? Chlorine low now but is normally ok. Attached is chemical strip. Occasionally there's some orange residue on tub, usually after I shock it. I have great tasting well water and use softener.
  2. Thanx, I bought a Saratoga Whitman model. Scored a pretty sweet deal on a 2018 model leftover. Now the snow needs to melt here so we can get our pad on and go. I never heard of Saratoga Spas until you mentioned it. I went do a dealer just over an hour away which I never thought of. Thanx for the tip.
  3. What do you think of Saratoga Cottagecompared to Caldera Tarino or Master Spa Balance Series? The Saratoga is 4800, Tarino 5500, Master Spa Balance 7 6200
  4. Thanx. The Matino is 5900, Tarino is 5500. But I love the Saratoga Whitman for just under $5. I think we are leaning that way. Seems very comparable to the Caldera ones. Both come with lots of extras and I spoke with guy that services them
  5. I like the Saratoga Spas. The Whitman is very nice for the price, but the nearest 2 dealers are both 80 minutes away! Ugh
  6. Thanx. The Marino is a floor Model. We're leaning towards the Dreammaker for $4k. We can always upgrade down the road if we use it a lot
  7. So I've visited a few dealers and looked online. We are considering the Dreammaker Crosseover 730L ($5k) or Odysset ($4k) selection or the Caldera Tarino or Marino. ($5.5k) The Caldera is a little pricier but seems a little nicer. Anyone have experience with any of these models? I live in upstate NY, so cold long winters. Hard for me to find reviews online, the internet is all ads except forums!!!! So thank you in advance I couldn't find any other tubs in the price range, and $5500 is our limit. We're in a new home and have more stuff to add, so our budget is a little tighter. IDK if there are other tubs in this price range I should be looking at. I also visited Hudson Bay and Dr Wellness spas, online mfr direct, but reviews of their service seem terrible. Anyone deal with them? I'm open to any suggestions...but our price-point is what it is. Thank You!!!!
