Anyone?

Hi Everyone, looking for some help. My hot tub display dropped to 60. When I unplug it and plug it back in it starts at 100 and slowly works it way back down to 60. When I try to press the buttons up the temp just falls back down to 60. It still feels pretty warm in the tub but not 104 that’s for sure. I’m worried because it’s so cold here right now and won’t warm up for months, it’s -4 f here right now. I think it could be the topside display? Any thoughts? Additional information it’s a 2007 x400 dream maker spa. Thank you so much Erika
