Hi everyone, so we just a new pool installed, and today in freezing weather they installed our liner. Please tell me this is not normal- the liner is wrinkled and not tight on the stairs. The corners are also rounded out and not tight. It looks awful. I think we need a new liner as this one must be installed incorrectly. He told me there is nothing they can do as it’s to cold out.
