  1. The jet body is not removable without digging through the foam. You will more than likely have to cut the jet body in half with a wire saw from inside the spa as you won't be able to remove the nut from the back. Probably better off just trying to put a bead of silicone where the gasket is. May not hold, but it would be easier than cutting the whole thing out.
  2. You could always unplug Jet pump one and plug in the pump that is acting up in it's place to see if it is a circuit board problem or a pump problem.
  3. No problem. A lot of them are soldered to the board making replacement very difficult.
  4. Check your air intake valve inside your equipment compartment. If it takes on water it can cause the spa to leak in that area.
  5. Are you talking about the 3/4 inch check valve that flows to the circulation pump or the check valve for air intake?
  6. The heater is reacting to the temp of the water kicking on and off as needed. But the board isn't telling the pump to shut off when it is done heating. If you've checked all your filtration cycles and the temp the spa is displaying appears to be the same as the spa water. Then it is a relay on the board, sometimes you can hit them with the handle of a screw driver and they'll un-stick but the problem usually comes back.
  7. Sounds like a stuck relay. Most modern tubs require a circuit board replacement in the case of a stuck relay.
