Motherboard died on a 2016 Hot Spring Vanguard. Had my neighbors spa guy take a look and he took some initiative and replaced the board but it has no software. Now he has walked away from the whole thing (I'm trying to get the original board back since it was still under warranty). In theory all I need is to chuck software 1.11d onto a thumb drive but this "file" is impossible to find. My local Hot Spring dealer has been a nightmare to deal with and takes weeks to schedule any kind of service. Is there any way to get this tiny file?
