I am new to the world of Hot Tubs so sorry if this question has been answered before or comes across as stupid. I have just bought mine and thinking of going do the Aquafinesse route. I notice that one of the options they have is with Trichlor pucks but from reading on the net and on here Trichlor is to acidic for a hot tub so shouldn't really be used. I like the idea of the pucks rather than granules which the Dichlor comes in. So can I ask if Trichlor is no good how come Aquafinesse offer that as an option?
