Turned out to be a dodgy speaker on the sound system and an intermittent fault on the PCB. Thanks to Richard at The Tub Company and Ash at Spafix (North).

Thanks for replying. I can't find a manufacturer's helpline for Red Spa but I have found a leak coming from somewhere near the filters. Further investigations ongoing.

My hot tub is about 3 years old and has recently started to make an intermittent rumbling noise. It happens whether the pump is running or not and regardless of the temperature setting but stops when the power is turned off. It seems to come from near the filters, which is also where the power cable enters the casing. The pumps are on the other side. It seems quite difficult to get someone to come and fix it. Anybody got any suggestions?
