I just bought a 1 1/2 Hayward pool pump .inside ,the connections are setup for 220 volts from the factory .it's very clear that the black plug has to be moved so the arrow is pointing toward 115 volts .so moved the plug accordingly . my question is this I have a black wire and a white wire and a ground wire . I connected the ground wire to the green connection . now do I connect the black wire to terminal number one "left to right "and the white wire to terminal number two ? counting from left to right I have 1-2-3-4-5 terminals . which two terminals go to the black wire and the white wire ? thank you for your help .mitch 2
