I changed out my Hotspot relay with a United Spas complete system circuit board heater and control panel, my pump runs on low Non-Stop nobody at United Spas knows why. they even sent a new circuit board which did not fix the problem. does anybody have any ideas why the pump would run on low non stop it is not calling for heat it heats up fine the heater shuts off fine

I just had a new system installed in my hot spot relay. It's made by United spas. I was told my circuit board was bad causing the filtration motor to come on by itself and stay on. After it was changed out along with a heater and control panel it is doing the same thing. Has anyone had this issue and how can it be fixed.

I bought a used hot spot relay spa year 2012 or 2013. It sat empty for 2 weeks and when I finally filled it with water and turned it on it was vapor locked. I fixed this issue and noticed the pump would run on low even when the water temp was at the desired temp. Also notice a series of dashes on the control panel. I looked in the Manuel and this was a low flow code. These dashes also show on the control panel when it is on high jets speed. It does not do it all the time but very frequently. Like daily. Sometimes the motor will not shut off. If I cut off the power and restart the spa sometimes it will heat up and run normal for a short period of time. Then does this all over again. Could this be a pressure switch. The filter is clean. Repair man trying to sell me on replacing circuit board,heater,and control panel by United spas. I need some help fast.
