  1. When I turned hot tub on the heater coils one of the begins to heat up. I can feel it doing so. However the pump does not appear to turn on.
  2. I am having problems with the circulation pump not coming on. I have drained the spa and filled it back up by putting hose into hollow filter in the center. Thereby hopefully pushing out any airlocks. I have cleaned the filters. What else do I need to look for?
  3. What does the single click mean when turning up the temp and at the same point of turning it down? I am also having a problem with the circulation pump.
  4. The circulating pump does not appear to be working on the used hot tub I just purchased. It is a hotsprings 1998 portable spa classic f. When I was looking at it closer, it looks like the grounding wire that is connected to the heater is not connected to the pump. Should the pump have a grounding wire attached to it? And does the pump make noise when running? I believe it may have an air lock or needs to be cleaned of debris. And will be doing that tomorrow. However, still need to know about grounding wire. Thank you, Roe
  5. I have just purchased a used hotsprings 1998 classic model f. Inside the cover where the pump and all are located there are two soft tubes hanging from each side. They have the black ribbed nipple ends on them. These tubes are not connected to anything and I am wondering if this is on purpose or do they need to be connected. I noticed one of the members has two or three of these same models and I am hoping someone can help me figure this out. Thank you, Roe
