I have a Jandy, and everytime I want to use the spa, it just stays off UNTIL I go to the outdoor breaker and crank it to the left then right, and voila! IT works fine. I hired an electrician who replaced the specific breaker which did not help. I don't get it. Why won't it turn on unless I reset the breaker? Can this be dangerous?
