  1. Solution found! Thank you Brandon for pointing me in the right direction! It was the Ozonator but not the unit itself, it was the power cord that runs from the Ozonator over to the Control Panel (where it plugs in). Upon further inspection, I found the cord had been chewed on by mice or other rodent. With bare wires exposed in a couple spots, I completely covered the cord in electrical tape but that didn’t resolve the issue so I removed and replaced the power cord. Problem solved! No more issues with The 20A breaker tripping now. See pic for evidence of cord chewing and wire damage. Thanks again Brandon!
  2. JeredB, we have a HS Vanguard that exhibits the same exact symptoms of 20A breaker tripping. What exactly was determined to be the cause for your hot tub? Was it the aux board or something else? Any help is appreciated. We've been dealing with this too long and I want to get it fixed. Thanks!
