Thanks for the help. I was pulling my hair out. I hope you are correct. It's good to know that an air pocket is a real possibility. I was just guessing/hoping that was the problem. Tganks again. More to come tomorrow.

Please keep the feedback coming. I appreciate it. Thanks to all that are offering ideas. Fingers crossed. It's been on for 3 days now with no issues. I've been raising the temp little by little. No error codes. As of this am it was up to 92 degrees. Ran it last night 3 times for about 30 mins each time. Tonight might be a true test. It's getting down to the single digits. I plan on putting in chemicals tomorrow if it makes it through the night. I was thinking maybe something caught in the pump, or air pocket. I will keep everyone posted. Thanks again.

Yes I took off the shrink wrap. Yes we did recently drain scrub n refill. D/t calcium in the tub. Hard water issues from our well.

So I'm new to this hot tub thing. I just got a new filter, but the hot tub keeps flashing "----" on the read out screen. It's an older model, so I need some help please. It an 8 person tub, that about all I know. If I turn of the breaker, and then turn it back on, it resets sometimes. When I get it to reset, it may run for a day, or just 3 mins. Signed. HELP!
