But why would the manual say otherwise? I had the same tub from 2000 and it always did the two cycles

I have a 2016 marquis 322. It runs on high speed for 15 minutes and then shuts down. The manual states it to run on hi for 15 minutes and then followed by low for 15 minutes. The company tells me that the manual is in error nevertheless the recent manual has no change (15 followed by 15). Anyone have a 2016 or 2017 322? How does theirs run?
