  1. Dave, Thanks for your response! I'm going to try and look at this tub again. I will try and disconnect the aux control panel first. Coming out of the main board to the heater relay board there are the metal prongs that connect to the heater relay board. Do you know which ones send the signal to the heater relay board? (12V or 18V)? I'll also check the flow switches as well.
  2. Thank you guys for the replies. Been out of country the last month for work so haven't had a chance to look at this again. It is a 230 VAC permanently wired. Yes I had my multimeter on the output to the heater reading 230 volts for about 2 minutes then it would stop. The red heater light on the main board goes off when it stops sending the voltage to the heater. There is also another little tiny led that says D9 that goes off also. The spa itself continues to run. Monday I will run without filters first, then check circulating pump. I would assume if there was no flow at the flow switches that the heater relay board wouldn't even start to send power to the heater?
  3. Hello, I have been working on a friends spa for a few months now . Replaced heater, new heater relay board (77119). The the GFI's were tripping. So I replaced them today and fixed that issue. Now the heater relay card will only send an output for about 2 minutes after the spa is powered up. Then turns off. The circulating pump feels like it is pumping. Could it not be getting enough flow to flow switches? How to test those? Any help would be appreciated.
