Hi there, 1. No error message 2. When it isn't on high and it's on regular flow, pumpmis running as if heater is on but no heat .. heat light is also not on in that mode. 3. Tub temp said 39 when I started it up, than 45 in 30 minutes, maybe some of he inside water that was sitting in pipes were a tad warmer . pro form spa Saturn model 2003 balboa parts and circuit board

I have a hot tub that I thought the heater went out since it was only 80 degrees.. Bought and installed a brand new one and nothing.. Except I turn on jets and than the heater light comes on and it seems to be heating .. I got 8 degrees in 30 minutes .. Only with jets on... Why ??? -
