  1. When the heater kicks on due to lower water temperature - the recirculation pump and waterfalls startup - which is normal. Once the water temperature is satisfied, the heater shuts off but the recirculation pump and waterfalls continue to run. The only way to get the recirculation pump and waterfalls to shut off - is to flip the breaker off and then on. Good - until next time the heater kicks on. I am assuming that is one of the relays that needs to be replaced? Recommendations? Thank you!
  2. ScubaDave - I appreciate the suggestions and response. I found that the circuit breaker was bad. Prior to the circuit breaker - Hot 1 and Hot 2 reads 240 volts, whereas after the circuit breakers - 0 volts. (After the circuit breaker) I did obtain 120 volts from Hot 1 / Hot 2 and ground, but was backfeed voltage from one leg of the circuit. Thanks!
  3. Outside hot tub was used successfully one night at temperature of 101 F, next morning - tub at 91 F and dropping (20 degrees outside). At the time - the jets work - controller functioned, waterfalls functioning - which is typically tied to need for heat. No heat. I reset by shutting power off to the tub and turning back on. No controller lights at all now - not even watchdog mode ----. I drained the tub due to fear of freezing the water, and installed small space heater within the cabinet - with thermostat. Capacitors do not appear to be bulging or expanded. How do I test the controller to determine if circuit board or controller is at fault. I have power to the circuit board and on both sides of the fuses. I pulled the fuses and checked for continuity. Is there a method to identify power / signal from the circuit board to the controller? Suggestions?
