Hi, have not even yet used my new spa. Having a lot of trouble with the manual and instructions. Manual does not seem to be very thorough or complete, with out diagrams too. Finally got it filled and running, waited for water to get hot, and just now I tested with a strip again and the ph, alkalinity, and free chlorine levels are all low, below OK mark by one color. The ph up bottle says to add the chemical, TURN OFF THE PUMPS AND RUN THE AERATOR FOR FIVE MINUTES. I do not know how to do this, do not know where the aerator even is. Was looking forward to getting in tonight, but now I am totally lost again. Any help or guidance would be so appreciated. Thank you very much

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could share with me the average price to buy a brand new TS240 jacuzzi. They say it is the top of the line series. This will be my first hot tub purchase and I know very little about everything to do with one. Can I also ask if this site will be a good resource for me to use in the future, after my purchase?
