  1. First skim off leaves and debris, using abrush remov edirt on the sides and bottom of the pool. Accumulate the sediment towards the main drain which can be easily vacuumed. Remember to clean your skimmer. Check for the water circulation (skimmer, pump, pump stariner, drains and filter) and check for filter (sand, cartridge, grid DE), screen out debris and particlesfrom your pool water. test your pool water regulkarly and add chemicals if necessary.   2. Hello friend, I think it has to do with snorkel. In fact there are some who say not to use snorkels on health grounds (bubbles are often mistaken for drowning).
