  1. that crease you ae seeing is a spit in the spa flex. i have bonded the two halves back together it will get a coupler butted up tight to the other piece then i will clean the other pipe and it will get a clamp on silicone sealed compression fitting over the coupler and other part!
  2. mine did the same thing last year. i had to replace the little transformer. but idk if yours has that!
  3. will this be clean enough you think? <iframe width="480" height="360" src="http://s927.photobucket.com/user/brian_post1/embed/slideshow/"></iframe>
  4. I have a 99 cal spa premeir series. well over the winter it busted a part of the spa flex that runs under the lounger. i have dug out all the foam but ran some water with food coloring first so i could trace all the foam i had to dig out. I have 2 sections of spa flex that are split open. but ive got about 2" of good right of of the t and y couplers. so i want to cut out the bad and glue some new couplers with new spa flex right in line. my question is what is the best way to clean the foam off ofthe pieces of spa flex i want to glue to? Side question can you not post photos on this fourm it would make explaining my plan way easier!
