Update, both pumps have tested good, so I do have a board or sensor problem. Still looking for a schematic. I need to test the circuit board, model number 454005-ds. Thanks

I have a Vita Spa 700 series Chateau, model DC780 and I'm looking for a schematic and repair manual/guide. I'm having a problem with both jet pumps not coming on, but the air pump, heater, and circulation pump work just fine. I'm thinking this is a board issue, I check for voltage at the pumps, and not getting any. I would like a schematic to make sure I'm checking for voltage correctly. What else could cause both pumps not to come on? Thanks for your help!
