how does the drain/hot water intake cover with holes in it uninstall? Does it unscrew or pry off.

Found out that this heater is supposed to reset its self when power turned off for 30 seconds. So must be another reason heater not working.

Hot Springs 2002 model Vanguard heater not working. Water level got low and heater shut off lights on board show LIM green, heater ON red. Only light on front of tub that is on is the red power light. My manual says to reset heater by pressing red button on top of heater assembly as heater assembly was replaced in 2008 by part number 73790 there is no red button to press. Any help greatly appreciated in resetting heater switch. I tried removing filters rotating jet control 360 degrees no help, turned complete power off several times.. Oh yes I did refill the tub before trying all of these and circulating pump is working as are the jets My dealer won't be open until Tuesday after Memorial Day so no help there. Any help resetting heater switch greatly appreciated. Ellis
