I am sure every Spa company has units that has issues every so often, to me it is how they react to the issue that matters most. My brother has a Divine, his has been great for 3 years now, not one issue. I am looking at getting one now and my decision is I am going to spend more to go through a local dealer. I am leaning towards Bullfrog right now, part of my reason is I am also looking at getting a pool from them, the other part is I do like the local service and the longer warranty. To me it all depends on what you want and what your budget is.
