I am considering buying a Jacuzzi.. And while I know its brand name is synonymous with hot tubs, my question is really about its engineering and reliability. I had a Phoenix before and they are out of business. I also am confused about the merits and demerits of full foam vs a dead air space in the frame. I am not going to visit umpteen places and here every salesmen tout all the differences. It is worse than buying a mattress!! So just some substantive and engineering oriented replies please.
