I know this is not water chemistry but hoping someone could assist. Hot Spring tub has message reading it is in "protection" mode. I've shut down power and restart, removed filter, cleaned filter and always restarts in protection mode. I think this occurred when we lost power for a part of the day due to snow storm. Appreciate any feedbak.

Ok, I know nothing about pools except for some basic reading on internet. I'm based in Philadelphia and looking to get a new pool. Everything I read seems to indicate that fiberglass pools are more than suitable and maybe even have some advantages over concrete. Yet it appears everyone I know has gotten a concrete pool and the pool contractors are telling me the same thing. What is the real reason people don't get a fiberglass pool?
