Posted recently about spas with best jet power. After wet-testing, we've narrowed it down to top three: Jacuzzi J-345 (2 pumps @ 2.5HP continuous), Bullfrog A7 (2 pumps @ 2.5HP continuous--disappointed at how weak the single pump in the A6 was since the size is more appropriate for us) and the Catalina Stealth Samoa (2 pumps @ 4HP continuous). Surprisingly, the Hot Springs jets just were not powerful enough. Budget is about 8K. Any comments on those models of Jacuzzi vs Bullfrog vs Catalina? (Thanks for everyone's help. Wasn't able to reply to last thread so had to start a new one.)

My wife and I want to buy a new hot tub with plenty of jet power for therapeutic purposes. I've got an old injury where I really need the jet to needle in behind my shoulder-blade for a deep-tissue massage. Many of the spas we've wet-tested just don't get deep enough. Our Hot Springs dealer suggested the Hot Spot Tempo which has two 2.5HP Continuous (5.2 breakdown) pumps. We haven't wet-tested yet. Any other suggestions on tubs with lots of power? (We're more value-oriented than a bells-and-whistles oriented.) Would I get a more powerful tub out of the Hot Springs line as opposed to the Hot Spot line? Thanks so much for your input.
