Asking this under the mindset of "the only bad question is the one that doesn't get asked"... There is a gray paper thing in there about 4" x 7.5". I'm inclined to think it's just packing material. But it smells like chemical so I'm wondering if it's used in one of the tests. I couldn't find a reference to it anywhere.
