  1. I should add that the "buzzing" noise doesn't sound like it's coming from the pump. Sounds more like it's in the area of the heating element...
  2. Okay, so sounds like the process should be drain the water, pull the pump out, and try to find an obstruction/ locate the impeller and inspect? Are impellers on these generally replaceable if that's the case?
  3. Hi all, first post here. I'm very much a novice in the world of hot tubs, I just bought my house a little over a year ago, which had a jacuzzi already installed. The tub sits inside a gazebo on a deck. Right before winter hit hard, the tub stopped heating the water. Then a day or two later it stopped circulating water. Really cold temps and snow were on their way so I just decided to drain the water and deal with it in the spring. Now it's spring and I filled the tub up, it's holding water, no leaks. When I turn on power to the tub the red light on the control panel comes on. Usually this means that it recognizes the water is too cold and it's going to turn on the heater. Usually the water would start circulating at this point. Instead, I hear a click noise and no water gets circulated. There's a 'buzzing' noise like it's trying to circulate I guess, but nothing ever happens. The buzzing stops and I hear another click and it's quiet. This process sometimes repeats itself on its own a few minutes apart. Thanks for any help!
