If the heat light is not on, adjust the pressure switch PSI, and if it the light does not come on when pump is on low speed with any PSI then the pressure switch is no good. If the heat light is on, the tub is still not heating and you're only getting 120V to the heater, the heater relay on the board is no good meaning you need a new circuit board. hope that helps

You're getting the FLO error because of no flow through the heater since the circ pump isn't running. Check the 30AMP fuse again to see if blown, if it is, replace. If it's a relatively brand new pump, the motor shouldn't be shot yet.

The --- means it's still figuring out the current temperature. Give it a couple minutes and it should show the current temperature of the water and then it will start heating given the set temperature is higher then the current temperature.
