So wonderful to find this forum.
A few questions from a newbie.
I just got a new Hot Tub, a FreeFlow 270 gallon.
I have an ozonator as well that's always running.
Been using the Simple Blue Spa Manager and Power Boost weekly for decontamination.
Tub is used by 2 people only once a day. Haven't used it in 2 days because I think I over-shocked it.
The total bromine/total chlorine is way over the "OK" level on the test strips.
My free chlorine is almost always zero to .5., is that because of the ozonator?
I am ordering the Taylor kit that I see recommended on here.
Can I reduce the chlorine by simply taking the cover off and running the jets on high?
Is there anything else I should be doing/using to prevent bacteria/biofilms?
