    yes i do, ended up canceling that project. Water heater took a dive, so now i purchased 2 tankless gas, 1 for my home that took a dive, and the other for the guest house, which i replaced a heating element close to 2 yrs ago. Old & outdated, also got a 30 gallon for the work shop. I upgraded 3/4 gas to 1, to supply tankless, and heater.Existing 3/4 re-routed to supply new stove. Guest house, 3/4 as well only tankless on that. Still have work shop 30 to install. Both outside, venting not an issue, unsure of specs for 30 outside enclosed in private enclosure for it?

    Outside, I just finished pouring an 8x4 slab, and ran 16 feet of electric into junction box, capped off. Initially, i pour slab for heater, and waste bin or out door shelving, overlooked the pump situation. I do have 2 pumps that was used with it, but i think that would be over kill on water pressure. Maybe a small pump, i believe it was 45 - 107 F on the settings, which is fine with me. I have to run out to the storage shed, and check on those pumps. The noise will only bother its self, its more of a guest house/work shop/man cave/gaming room game days are loud, and workshop equipment throughout the week

    Question, I have an extra spa hot water heater. Its a: Pentair MiniMax 100 100,000 BTU 120/220 V Gas What types of complications if any, would occur if i was to install for hot water supply for 40 x 60 workshop on my property? Any and all feed back would be appreciated. Thanks
