I have an in ground pool and it has a 1" threaded hole above the waterline on the side of the pool. I believe that it is for an aerator fountain but I don't see any way to turn it on. Is it possible that it is installed without functionality for future expansion? Or am I missing how to turn it on? Thank you in advance! Ryan
