I recommend contacting your dealer to have them perform the 230V soft jumper configuration so the spa recognizes the new voltage. I also recommend the music system available from your dealer as it will be compatible with the components already installed.

Caldera Geneva Utopia 2005 Auxiliary control
Caldera Spas replied to Dmtaxter's topic in Portable Hot Tubs & Spas
A 2005 Geneva should have flexible conduit for that cord running from the equipment area to the auxiliary control panel. You should be able push a fishtape through the conduit to pull your cord end back through to the equipment compartment so it can be connected in the control box. -

Help With New Spa Purchase Please
Caldera Spas replied to Venams's topic in Portable Hot Tubs & Spas
Did you mean to post something? I've been looking for a price on the Caldera Cantabria but I can't seem to locate any dealers that carry it. Most say that they can carry Hot Springs OR Caldera but not both Hi 3nickles, Unfortunately there was an error in posting, and the forum does not have a "delete" function. Have you contacted your local Caldera dealer (http://www.calderaspas.com/shopping-tools/find-dealer)? They are your first stop. They may not carry Hot Spring AND Caldera, but they should be able to provide you with additional information on the Cantabria. Thank you, Erica The Caldera Spas Team -

Hi Daddynme2, Spring Dance is a fantastic dealer, with several years in the business. I guarantee you the trip will be worth it. If you message your information I can reach out to them personally to ensure you receive excellent service. Thank you, Erica The Caldera Spas Team

Hi Daddynme22, I encourage you to take a look at the Caldera Geneva and Niagara. The Geneva seats 6 adults and the Niagara seats 7. The 8-seat Cantabria mentioned in the chain is an excellent spa and very roomy. The Geneva and Niagara are just as deep, but not quite as large. Caldera Spas are build to last, with an emphasis on Pure Performance, Style, and Comfort. Hydrotherapy is top of mind. I encourage you to take a test soak at your local Caldera dealer (http://www.calderaspas.com/en/shopping-tools/find-dealer/). I am happy to answer any questions you may have during your spa search. Thank you, Erica The Caldera Spas Team

Hi machine245, Can you confirm which pressure switch was used as a replacement? May be the wrong one? It should be part# 72717. Also if you can get the spa's serial# we could confirm what size circ pump is needed. Thanks, Steve ---Caldera Spas---

White Plastic Like Particles In Hot Tub
Caldera Spas replied to Pedalpusher361's topic in Portable Hot Tubs & Spas
Hey Pedalpusher361, Given the time, money, and resources needed to dig foam, replumb, refoam, leak test, etc the spa, our engineers have suggested a new spa would be a faster solution, potentially less investment, but certainly less headache! Give us a call if we can assist. 800-669-1881. Or visit www.calderaspas.com Thanks, Steve ---Caldera Spas--- -
White Plastic Like Particles In Hot Tub
Caldera Spas replied to Pedalpusher361's topic in Portable Hot Tubs & Spas
Hey Pedalpusher361, What you're describing is likely the breaking down of PVC from excessive chemical usage, potentially a byproduct of previous ownership as it sounds like you've been diligent. Thanks, Steve ---Caldera Spas---
