  1. Circ pump should run 24/7. Call dealer for service to make it run properly.
  2. Try to reset both breakers, and if that does not work, call dealer for service.
  3. Power and ready flashing mean no flow through heater. Try cleaning your filter first and then look for flow in the spa. You may need to call your dealer to troubleshoot no flow.
  4. You should get the heater changed, and make sure the replacement has a pressure switch.
  5. The temp down button on the front panel may not be pressing on the control panel button to make the temp go down. The system has a memory to store the last temperature that was set. You will need to contact a Hotspring dealer for service.
  6. Do you see a lock icon on the display? That would show that the spa is in TEMP LOCK. Press the LIGHT UP and TEMP UP together until the lock icon goes away (2 or 3 seconds).
  7. Blinking RED and GREEN indicates a flow problem and the heater will not come on. If you have good circ pump flow, then contact a dealer to get your heater replaced.
  8. Heater relays could be not allowing current to flow. Could also be the pressure switch. Are the power and ready lights flashing? that is the pressure switch.
  9. Best to start with your dealer. They can get the correct parts and have the know how to fix it right. The panels will need to be remove and after the repair, the area will need new foam insulation. All things the dealer can do best.
  10. If it is just with jet pump 2, the leak could be coming from the pump union. Your local dealer should be able to help get you back up again.
  11. Have you checked out the Hotspring Prism in the Limelight collection. Great style, power, and quality, then add in the ACE salt water system. What a great 7 person spa.
  12. That sounds like a circulation pump. Contact dealer for service to ensure the repairs are done right.
  13. Niagara and Grandee are both great choices. Both are fully insulated, with 24/7 filtration. The Grandee (Highlife or NXT) have the ACE salt water system available, so that would steer me more toward the HotSpring spa. I love the NXT look, so the Grandee NXT would be my choice.
  14. Check set temp. Ready light is on when water temp is within 2 degrees of set temp. Check owner's manual for temp lock instructions.
  15. You can have a Prodigy run on 110 Volt 20 amp service. Check with local dealer to get them to set you up with wiring up a cord. You will also need a dedicated 20 amp plug for the spa. Dealer can help with those requirement as well.
  16. You should have an electrician or the HotSpring dealer verify the wiring to the board and check the board to make sure proper power is available to the pump.
  17. Best thing to do is get the panel from the dealer, but if you piece it together, make sure it has the proper ratings for the box and breakers. Wired in by licensed electrician.
  18. Side on a TX are glued in place and a dealer call would be the best course. If you clean out the duct, you should be able to seal it up with something for a dryer vent hose. The air from the jet pump can get hot.
  19. I recommend going with the E5 it will have 3'4" connections and some adapter tubing if needed to fit 1" connections.
  20. I am still here, it's best to call Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM PST (888)961-7727 ext 8440 to discuss what is available. MM
  21. Sounds as though your circulation pump is the likely problem there. It should always run when the spa is powered on. Check for power to it and replace it if necessary. p/n 74427
  22. I do recommend checking out the air control valve to that seat. It's likely that you have a misaligned piston in the valve or an obstruction that is preventing air pressure from driving the jet up and down.
  23. The flow rate from that new circ pump should be greater than the flow from the one it is replacing. The excess bubbles are caused from the increased air flow created in the ozonator from that additional flow. You can decrease the air flow by restricting the air line from the ozonator with an additional check valve. If your ozonator is over five years old i recommend replacing it. A new ozonator will work much better with the extra air flow and the actual ozone gas output will increase significantly.
  24. Please provide the serial number located in your equipment compartment to help with that part identification.
