  1. What are the temperature settings that are above 104 F on my '03 Prodigy? There are 4 additional temperature settings above 140 F but I do not know what they mean.
  2. Thanks for the info. Once I get it set up I just need to let it run longer.
  3. I have a 2003 Hot Springs Prodigy. After being set up and plugged in for about an hour, and the temperature set to 104, the stainless tubes on the heater do not feel warm to the touch. I can feel that the pump is on, and I can feel the water moving through the heater tubes. Is this normal? Should I let it run longer? I have little/no electrical knowledge and do not know how to go about testing the heater. Any tips would be fantastic, before I blow $300 on a new heater!
  4. Thanks for the tip. Is there any particular way I am supposed to remove the slats without breaking them?
  5. I have a 2003 Hot Springs Prodigy that is leaking from under the filter compartment. It leaks from here into the equipment compartment. There is a small hole in the very back right of the equipment compartment I can see and feel the water coming from. I removed the cotton (?) insulation from the approximately 4" hole I can see the water coming from. The water seems to only be at the bottom of the hole. The insulation was wet only at the bottom of the hole where I removed the cotton, not the top. It seems like the only way I'm going to find the leak is to remove the foam insulation from that corner of the spa (the front right when looking at the equipment compartment and control panel). Does anyone have any experience fixing this area of this type of spa? I am a total newbie to spas, so I really appreciate any help. -Randy
