Hope this helps clear up things abit. I saw this blog on another website today. Good reading from an ex employee of wave tec. Glad to see Dawn is seeing the light, but I wish her better luck than the 35 of us here in EL Paso. Wave tec has done nothing for us. The company is the most dishonest company I've ever worked for. They will always use the cheapest labor and materials possible, get you to sign their "completion certificate," and then forget you. They will try to uphold your contract with them and threaten to take you to court over the 30% cancellation penalty, but they will go through all the motions and drop the case at the last second b/c no judge would uphold their one sided contract. The CEO, Jason Herring, would spend $300.00 in order to save $3.00. His extension is 204 if you want to speak with him directly about your issues.

Positive and upbeat is fine, but people that are looking to buy a pool from Wave Tec Pools need to know the truth. And the plain and simple truth is that maybe a few years ago wave tec was an OK pool builder now they are not. Read the Better Business Bureau file on them as of today, all questions will be answered. Wave Tec Pools out of Georgetown, Tx is not a company you want to do business with. My pool is finally swimable, no thanks to wave tec. I could care less about the 15 year warranty they "claim" to offer us. (they back nothing, the warranty has done nothing for us). I will never have a rep from that company on my site again. And that IS my rite. My hope is that the other 35+ customers that bought from them last year actually get a functional pool. Mike

Well it took the BBB 7 or 8 months but they finally blackballed Wave tec Pools bullshit second listing. All thats left is the Listing Wave Tec not Wave Tec, Inc ... 90+ complaints (listed complaints). Go check out the BBB listing for them then decide for yourself if you would ever trust this turd excuse of a pool company.

RUSTYC, Sorry most of us are not as dumb as you. I guess your pen pals with George Bush too. Anyone really wanting the truth about this class action case is more than welcome to call my house. And if you want to really show RUSTYC up just call the Attorney General's Office Tuesdays (when it's open). Then his lies will be stopped. As for my grammer-typing skills who give's a ****, this is the internet asshole not grammer class. As for wave tec they have had several class action cases tryed on them over the last few years. The BBB speaks the truth about them. You protect them because you have something to gain (or you think so in that small brain of yours).

A margarita sounds good. As for the Attorney General, his ears are full of info on wave tec. The class action lawsuit was the best option for its ripped off customers down here. Whats funny is the suit was started in your neck of the woods. Anyway we'll let the courts do thier job now.

Thanks Tagprod for the support. Atleast you kinda see where Im coming from. And Im not saying ALL of wave tecs pools have been junk, just the ones they put in EL paso last year. These are the ones I have seen, not just mine. And hell yes Im upset, when you pay 25,000 to 30,000 for a pool you really want what you payed for. And I agree Id love to see some pictures of the pools from the people that have been giving me and ruiz hell. Anyone that has or IS having a pool built by wave tec in the el paso, tx area, feel free to email me or msg me here. So all you people hating me for standing up for us ripped of customers down here get a new hobbie. I could care less what wave tec does anywhere else, but down here I will do what I can to show people there "quality work and customer service".

Well hello Spammer, it is very clear that you work for wave tec. I asked for pictures of your pool, you showed us nothing, your full of it. Keep the name calling going. It seems you have as much keyboard time as me assface. And Im very sure your family lives here in the town, People here know all about wave tec and how shady they do business. Keep up the lies. Look "Dawn", I checked to see when you joined this forum, and it was this year... I signed up LAST year, right after my pool was "finished". I'm just not some jonny-come-lately, I've been with this forum much longer than you. Ruiz and I are in the same town, we both joined about the same time. Both of us along with the other 33 + customers down here. All of the 35 customers here have contacted me and Ruiz about wave tec. All negative. I feel as if Im lucky just to have a completed pool. Whether it's 100% or not. As I said good for you that your patting wave tec on the back, as for us hell no. We will complain here and to wave tec untill all of us are fixed or completed. All the people you've talked about we have already spoke with. None of the wave tec reps follow thru with anything. I know atleast 25 contacts in that building in Georgetown, none of which has followed thru on me or anyone else down here. SO Dawn be happy, don't expect us too.

Dawn, Now we are bullies? I don't think so. What we ARE = 35 + ripped off Wave Tec customers here in the EL Paso, TX area. What matters to us is getting out the word of the crap company. Just try and re-finance your house Dawn, you'll find out Mike at Superior Financing (Same company owns wave tec) will not allow you to do so. Thier lien on all wave tec loans will have you screwed untill the loan is payed off. SO yes wave tec - superior financing have some scam going. We're glad you are happy in your area but for us down here its not the same story.

Where are the pictures RUSTYC? Post em or shut up... And make sure we know the address or we'll assume it's another lie.

RUSTYC, Post pictures of your perfect pool right here. If you don't I'll assume you just an employee or a paid robot for Wave tec. You talk the talk, now prove it.. with an address to the property so we may check up and make sure its YOUR pool. Any excuses and I will know your full-O-****

Bannister, If nothing else you know not to do business with wave tec pool company. Hope you find the advise you seek on another site.
