I run my spa with Balboa package 24/7/ Appox every 3 to 4 months, I get an error code that translate to "overheat" problem and spa shuts down. Sometimes it's an "HH" sometimes something else. Of course the solution is to hit any button on the panel and it will start up again. I've never had this happen in the many years I have had the spa; even the controll M7 package has been changed over time; about 6 years ago (as well as heater and pumps every 4 to 5 years. Since it's so infrequent, does anyone have any idea what is causing it.

I have a Balboa control board and Balboa heater and running a 3/4 hp motor and pump. About 2 months ago I discovered the tub cold and saw on the digital panel an error code. Looking through the Balboa info I found it was an overheating code that shuts off the tub and that any key will restart it again; which it did. But then after 2 months, I find it cold and see there's an error code. Once again it referred to overheating and resetting anything started up again. I don't remember the first code but the second code was HH. The question is after doing everything in the Balboa documentation it says to do when those error codes are seen and everything seems OK. What do I look at next? thanks

Im looking for ahor tub thats 6x4 but no one seems to mfg that size. Does anyone know someone that either has or can custom mfg?s

I have about a 75 gal tub, (small) and I use a 1 inch floater. No matter how little bromine I set it to, enough comes out that within 2 to 3 weeks it is depleted of tablets. I think it leaks. I bought another one and it is no better. How can I minimize the amount of bromine that comes from the unit.?

Breaker mostly does not hold. Sometimes for as much as 3 days. Whats been done? New breaker. Disconnected heater. No help so far. Anyone have any clues.

I know that many of the spa motors are manufactured in either Mexico or China but does anyone have any input on who makes the best 1 hp 2 speed motor ? thanks
