I am a retired disabled Veteran as well. I have done a lot of research on this and also found a swim spa manufacturer who will provide discount pricing to Disabled veterans. The manufaturer is in Virginia but they distribute throughout the United States. I would be happy to share this information if it helps you. One question however... I am in the process of applying to the VA for assistance in purchasing a swimspa. Could you tell me what proceedure your use to be authorized yours?
