I'm new to this forum, I just got my new Taylor K-2006 becuase my Aquatruu Test was giving me strange numbers, for example, test kit from Home Depot "Pool Shop" was showing FC 3.0, PH 8.2, TA 90, the Aquatru was giving me FC 13, PH 8.2 TA 51 and now my Taylor k-2006 is giving FC 2.6, PH 8, TA 90, CH 220 CYA 55. My question is, I have been trying to lower my PH by adding Acid, but every week I am adding almost a gallon of acid and it keeps going up to 8-8.2. Also I understand that if I add acid I will be lowering the TA. My other question is in the K-2006 step # the water is not turning pink, should I be concern?

In my pool I have the option of having a spill over the spa into the pool or I can turn the valve and the spill will stop and only the water will circulate to the pool. I only stop the spill when I want to use the spa so that the water from the pool will not mix with the spa water. When I was turning the valve, instead of turning the spa off I turned it where shut both the pool and spa, that is when the service light came on. Sos far I removed the sensor I cleaned it, I removed the cell, cleaned it with a hose and the light still on. The flow light is off and I'm still getting the 172 and 181 error

Hi pool clown, I just had my Jandy 1400 installed a month ago. It has been working great until today. I was getting ready to use the spa so I turned the valve to stop pool water going to the spa, by mistake I turned the shut the water completely then the service light came on and error received 172 & 181. Do I need to clean the sensor?
