Hi Rick... can I ask what was wrong with the spa from Costco..??.. Which one was it..??.. We're considering buying a spa and I like Costco's return policy...so was leaning towards buying it there. Also what did it cost to get it back to the store..??..i.e. Did you have to hire movers or something..??.. ...just curious. Many thanks.. Jann
