I have an Err code on the panel when the pool pump is on. I believe my heater only can be turned on when the pump is on. I called Pentair and they had me test the thermistor/temp sensor via multi meter and the reading was 5.4. The tech on the phone said that the sensor was fine and that I needed a new Pentair Part # 472100 DDTC Board Assembly. Before I dish out $250 bucks I wanted to know if anyone thinks that it might be something else. What started the issue I think is the pool pump. It was running and the water was leaking from it into the winding and zapped it. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
