Thank you for the reponces! I had to get a plumber onsite to explain me the same.

I am at the last stage of my inground pool construction and I just noticed that the my plumber installed a skimmer at a lower level than the spill of the spa. Next week we are putting interrrior finish and are planning to fill it with water and I am not sure if the spill is going to work properly if the skimmer is 6'' lower. In case if you were wondering why I don't ask the plummer - he passed away 3 weeks ago from a stroke. Also it was just brought to my attention by plastering crew that my pool has no drain on the bottom. I remmebr my plummer told me there wasn't why - something with the recent changes to the FL pool code. Please advise on my both issues. Thanks!
