  1. I am not getting any response to the top side panel... It appears that the heat is staying at about 90° though. Started after leaving jet pump on after soak and adding chemicals, long enough to where it turned itself off. I didn't notice for maybe two hours, I was working outside and heard jets start up. Tried to turn off and wouldn't. Light wouldn't work either. Turned Power supply to "test" and it turned off. Back to reset, started back up in a few seconds. Wouldn't stay off. Circulation pump was working. Pushed the test button and everything turned off. Came back in a few hours and tried to reset. Circulation pump went on but jet pump stayed off. Tried the light button and jet button they went on and I was able to turn them back off... Stayed off while I closed up the tub... then the Jets came back on. Fiddled with the switch but it wouldn't turn off. Pushed light switch a few times eventually turned on and then off and jet switch also turned off. Then both switches wouldn't turn on. Circulation pump was working. Next day water was still warm, but not as hot. Tried moving heater dial and it was making cracking crunching noises. Heater dial had acted up maybe a year ago and we had taken top panel up and used contact cleaner on it and it started working again and dialing smooth. Noticed water below equipment compartment on ground. Opened and found circulation pump had a stream of water coming out a pinhole hitting main circuit board box on the left side maybe 1/3 to 1/2 way up. Was able to stop it with a toothpick and 5200. Then dismantled topside panel again and sprayed with contact cleaner, including jet and light button. Didn't help. Now Tub staying about 90°. Both jet button and light button don't respond, heater dial not making crunching noises but doesn't seem to turn heater on or off or anything, circulation pump working. Opened up motherboard. Noticed a little discoloration on PCB high limit circuit board 71341... I believe it is? Any help diagnosing this problem would be greatly appreciated.
  2. Thanks for your help I'm going to order them now. I'll let you know.
  3. This morning was all the way down to 102. Turned the dial up to number seven. Seems like heat went on. RD Spa Guy, you said "thermistor chart should be good, but what is important is that both thermistors are within a few hundred ohms of each other. If they are not, replace BOTH. If the thermistors are good it's the topside or board. " top plug is 5.44 K. The bottom plug is 3.32 K, at 104° Isn't that 120 difference? Isn't that within the range? If not the thermistors, what part of Topside or circuit board might be?...
  4. Maybe it was stuck before and it isn't now? Will see if it regulates in a few hours
  5. Temperature Terminal shows zero when it's all the way down and 120 when it kicks on.
  6. Turned it all the way up Left for a while and came back and was 108° Ouch!. Got in and now it's down to about 106 and I turned the dial down to seven.. where I used to set it.. will see if it regulates.
  7. Just retested the top plug is 5.44 K. The bottom plug is 3.32 K, at 104°. I think these are the sensors right?
  8. Went out this afternoon and tub was about 101. Turned thermostat up slowly. Went on at about the beginning of seven. Before it would go on at about 9 o’clock. Heard this whistling where the information cable goes into the control box. It went away after a while but I shot the video while it was going. IMG_4274.MOV
  9. The dial goes from off which is at about 7 o'clock. If the tub is cool it will click on right away or close to it. When the problem began, was clicking on about 9 o'clock. ..That was at 115°. Usually all the way up it will get to about 105°.
  10. Found this picture of a control box on the Internet. I think it's the same one as mine. https://pool-spa-supplies.com/watkins-tiger-river-circuit-board-tiger-river-main-pre-95-tiger-river-115v-70374?utm_source=google_shopping&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI54-mmpj66QIVZxitBh2EEgjiEAQYDiABEgKUg_D_BwE
  11. Trying to support the air injectors on top we replaced three-quarter inch tubing. 1 was dripping, and full of water. Tried re-clamping but some of the nipples were broken. Most we were able to reclamp, and supported them up....with a fork and Knife🤣 (evidently they used to be clamped up there to keep them above water level. Didn't see any evidence of clamps or other way to do it.) 1 is still dripping and full of water. Just checked this morning, it is 102° and the dial still all the way off.🤔
  12. Oldy but Goody... like me. 😁 Top and bottom plug. Got this trouble shoot from Backyards Plus for Ohm reading... THERMISTOR, CONTROL THERMOSTAT, HOT SPRING & TIGER RIVER 1995-2002.5 https://www.backyardplus.com/proddetail.php?prod=38416 Looks like it's good?
